NOTES: Semi-annual index of retail rents: Athens. The table shows the index and its percentage changes over previous period and previous year. The Index is not corrected for seasonality. Primary data are collected by Monetary Financial Institutions (MFIs) and Real Estate Investment Companies (REICs). For more information on the methodology for constructing commercial property price indices, see Compilation methodology of commercial property price indices. Data for the last two (2) half-years are provisional.
